Emergency and non-emergency applicants are expected to dispose of their own sandbags. An exceptions will be described on the application or dictated on case by case basis. Do not dump sandbags in creeks, rivers, canals, ditches, roadway gutters, storm drain inlets or anywhere but your own property. Also take care to manage bags as they will degrade quickly from UV rays and become trash and a nuisance.
